Where is your office located?
My private office address is:
8500 West Bowles Avenue
Suite 315
Littleton, CO 80123
However, many of my high conflict divorce clients prefer to meet at coffee shops and restaurants to avoid their Ex’s learning where they are going and why.
So, you have the option of choosing to meet with me at any location as well as via Zoom.
What are your office hours?
How long are coaching sessions?
Do you charge via retainer and hourly?
How do I set up an initial appointment?
What is your cancellation policy?
Do you work with Women? Men? Couples?
Do your clients receive assignments to work on between sessions?
What do you do in sessions with clients?
With over two decades of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Child & Family Investigator (CFI), Mediator, and a Parenting Coordinator and Supervisor, I utilize all that training and experience to assist my clients through the divorce process.
In a typical session, you will often learn a new behavioral skill that will help you get along better with your Ex. I give out homework, and I expect you to journal notes in session and have a binder to keep handouts for you to complete between sessions.
Learning new ways to express yourself appropriately toward your children and Ex is essential in integrating the divorce itself into your future in a healthy way.
Do you provide any other services besides the coaching services?
I learned how to dissect a case quite thoroughly as a CFI and as a Certified Mediator. This information (all part of the cost of any program you choose) is essential to know before moving forward with your case.
I am also a Certified Provider of New Ways for Families, a program for High Conflict Coparenting created by Bill Eddy, J.D., LCSW. I can provide a certificate of completion of this course, which is admissible in court. When necessary, I can also offer counseling between you and your kid(s) and your Ex and the kid(s).
Do you expect clients to take their shoes off when entering your office?
Do you provide any evidence-based coaching service modalities?
Good question. As an LPC, most of the coaching you receive will have the backing of over two decades of experience in the mental health field. A couple of the modalities are even neuro-psychologically based.
However, please keep in mind that I am NOT providing therapy at the same time as I am coaching; I will always be leading you as a coach.
